B2B SaaS Platform

• CHECK platform is a facility management solution for enterprises and businesses .
• CHECK has a hand in everything that surrounds the people in facilities and on the grounds. Where they work, play, learn, and live should be comfortable, productive, and sustainable which contribute to the organization’s bottom line.
• The challenge was to add a new feature of "Live Support" that allows on-site auditors to get support for issues that they can't handle.
• 👩‍🎨 I worked as a UX Designer responsible for researching and discovering about the potential users' behaviors and pain points.

🎯 What I have achieved:

• I have researched and identified two types of personas of users who use the platform with in-depth details about their needs, behaviors and pain points.
• Identified customer journey mapping to map the flow of users while using this new feature to reach their goals.
• Identified market competitive advantage and discovered more about the market.

• Proposed and presented the concept of solution as wireframes for the new feature to the team and stakeholders-holders. 🔥
• Collaborated and guided the UI team to design a solution that is user-centric and aligns with the research results.
